MEDIATION Mediation between parties in dispute. John Price is an experienced mediator and offers mediation and other alternative dispute resolution expertise as alternatives to arbitration or litigation proceedings. He is a CEDR registered mediator who has mediated successfully on more than 100 UK and international disputes from a few thousand pounds to multi-millions. CEDR Solve and CEDR Direct Mediator. John is a mediator on the Court of Appeal Mediation Scheme. He is experienced in conducting mediations in the building and civil engineering industries, specialist trades, major property/leasehold disputes, the manufacturing industry, professional services and landlord and tenant disputes, worldwide procurement, exhibition displays, drilling machinery, the pottery industry, lorry hire/haulage and equine disputes, in the UK and internationally. Experience includes multi-party disputes and disputes with legally represented parties (solicitors and counsel) and with expert witnesses in attendance. Mediations conducted include complex multi-issue disputes, with up to 20 people in attendance and organising assistant mediators, experts and others attending to carry out concurrent exercises to assist in achieving settlements. Author of numerous articles on dispute resolution. Speaker at Dubai 2004 Conference on Commercial dispute resolution in the Middle East.
